Here's what we require from you:
- Provide counsel on a wide array of issues concerning financial service clients.
- Offer guidance on FSMA/RAO/Handbook regulations (including SYSC, PERG, SUP, COBS, MCOBS, ICOBS, CASS/DISP), IDD, and the appointed representatives regime (including SUP 11).
- Demonstrate proficiency in delivering comprehensive Financial Services regulatory advice, encompassing the entire spectrum of Financial Services Regulation, including emerging technologies such as Digital Assets/Crypto Assets.
- Continuously develop and share knowledge within the Financial Services Regulatory team, collaborating with colleagues to stay abreast of industry issues.
- Identify opportunities for cross-referral of work within the organization and actively engage in business development initiatives.
- Possess the capability to provide support and advice on M&A/Private Equity transactions, coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as required.
- While expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters is beneficial, we welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience in either area.
