An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Private Client team. The firm is seeking a newly qualified solicitor or an individual with up to 5 years of experience, possessing a solid foundation in private client work and expressing an interest in transitioning to this dynamic and continually expanding field.

The Private Client team plays a pivotal role within the organisation. Many team members hold qualifications from the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and are affiliated with Solicitors for the Elderly. The team serves a diverse clientele, including high net worth individuals, private family entities, and charitable trusts. Their expertise lies in assisting clients with domestic and international estate planning needs, encompassing the preparation and advice on Wills and trusts, capital tax planning, probate, estate administration, and Court of Protection matters.

Key responsibilities for the role include advising on various aspects of Private Client work, maintaining and developing knowledge in the Private Client arena, collaborating with team members to share expertise, and actively participating in business development opportunities and cross-referrals.

Applicants should ideally possess NQ to 5 years PQE, demonstrating experience in Private Client work, however all levels will be considered. The successful candidate should exhibit the ability to work collaboratively, manage client relationships effectively, showcase excellent technical and drafting skills, demonstrate IT proficiency, and possess strong commercial acumen. Proactivity, ambition, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
