Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Provide high-quality legal advice on complex family law matters, including foreign property and cross-jurisdictional issues.
- Case Management: Effectively manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client matters.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Mediation and Litigation: Employ both conciliatory and litigation approaches to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
