We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Employment Solicitor/Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive lawyer who is looking to further their career in a supportive and friendly environment. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and will play a key role in expanding the firm's presence and continuing to grow our employment law offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handle a variety of employment law cases independently, providing high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Business Development: Proactively engage in business development activities to help grow the firm’s employment law services and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Client Relationships: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with longstanding clients and within the local community.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the employment law team and the firm.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law (or equivalent in fee earning experienece)
- Motivation: Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to excel in a client-focused environment.
- Business Development: A flair for business development, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, willing to work as part of a close-knit team to achieve shared goals.
